2 medium-sized beetroot, 1/2 cup chickpea flour, ½ cup semolina, 1 ts p baking soda, 1 cup hung curd, 1 cup assorted veggies, 1 handful coriander. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, 1 onion, 1-2 green chilies, salt, pepper and oil as per taste.

Next make a paste of the beetroot by blending in with curd. Keep this aside.
