There's a lot to learn from young actors, says veteran actress Chhaya Vora

Actress Chhaya Vora has done television shows like Baal Veer, Shubharambh and Sanskaar. The actress will now been seen in the film Gangubai Kathiyawadi playing the role of Alia Bhatt's mother. She says, "I like how Alia is very dedicated towards her work. I have seen her working continuously day and night and yet she doesn't look tired and is always calm.Sometimes there's a lot that you can learn from the young actors. I have learnt so much during the film. It was agreat experience working with Sanjay Leela Bhansali."
The actress has been doing theatre and Gujarati films for the last many years and then she decided to do TV. She says, "I have been doing Gujarati films and theatre for last 30 years, but then I thought of trying out a different medium and that's how TV happened. My first love, however, will always be theatre."
Chhaya is glad that she didn't have to face too many problems due to COVID restrictions imposed in 2020. She says, "Senior actors who were above 60 years weren't allowed to go to shoots and they suffered a lot due to that. But I'm glad that I am in my 50s and those rules didn't apply to me and I could continue working. But we were taking a lot of precautions on the sets to stay safe."
The actress has also done film Mitron before this and Tv shows like Chanakya, Rajni and Baa, Bahu aur Baby.
