BJP claims victory in Goa as party wins 20 seats

The Bharatiya Janata Party has declared victory in Goa and wasted no time in knocking on the Governor's door to stake claim to form the next government. Even before the Election Commission could declare the formal winners, BJP was in no mood to wait. The party has won close to 20 seats and also has the support of three independents...to safely cross the halfway mark of 20 in a House of 40 seats.
