Indian Air Chief Marshal Amar Preet Singh expressed concern over persistent delays in the delivery of defense systems. In a fiery speech on Operation Sindoor and evolving warefare and challenges ahead for India, he pointed out that, in many cases, contracts are finalized despite a clear understanding that the promised systems may never actually materialize. “Meeting deadlines remains a serious challenge,” he noted. “In fact, I can't recall a single project that has been completed as scheduled.” Watch.
