‘Bird Man’ part of another film at Cannes

Everyone’s speculations were put to rest that the giant condor was in fact a character in another film. Organisers of the festival clarified in a statement to Variety that the birdman was in no way related to ‘Die, My Love’, but was a part of another documentary film from the Cannes Classics section titled ‘I Love Peru’.

This concern comes out after Cannes recently announced their nudity ban on the red carpet of the festival. In their attempt to regulate and manage the glitzy attire at the festival attendance, the organising team had issued a statement that nudity, along with any long trains or clothing that may “clog” the red carpet, was not allowed at this year’s edition.
