Andhra Pradesh horror: 3-year-old girl lured with sweets, sexually assaulted, strangled to death at wedding

TIRUPATI: A three-year-old girl was sexually assaulted and murdered in Kadapa district on Friday. According to cops, the girl and her parents, residents of Proddatur, were attending a relative's wedding at Kambaladinne. While playing near the Kalyana Mandapam, the child was approached by a stranger, who lured her away with promises of sweets. The accused took the child to a secluded spot, sexually assaulted her, and strangled her to death.(The victim's identity has not been revealed to protect her privacy as per Supreme Court directives on cases related to sexual assault)
