NIA Raids homes of student and social activists in Punjab

The National Investigation Agency conducted raids in Gandhar village. Several activists' homes were targeted. These activists are involved in labor rights and student movements. Nodeep Kaur, Harveer Kaur, and Rajveer Kaur were among those raided. Rampal and Sawaranjeet Kaur were also targeted. The NIA's actions are under scrutiny.

CHANDIGARH: The NIA raided the homes of several student and social activists in Gandhar village, Sri Muktsar Sahib, Punjab, today at 5 am.
The activists targeted include Nodeep Kaur, a labor rights activist from the Majdoor Adhikar Sangathan; Harveer Kaur, a student activist from the Punjab Student Union; Rajveer Kaur, an activist and member of FACAM and Kalam Kala Sangram; Rampal, a labor rights activist from Manesar General Majdur Sangh, Haryana, and their mother, Sawaranjeet Kaur, a labor rights activist from Punjab Khet Majdoor Union.
Also house of ex-president of Students for Society (SFS) in Patiala is raided.
This is attempt of intimidation of Activists who have dare to question the government about anti-people policies.
