MUMBAI: Mumbai experienced high tides along Marine Drive on Tuesday morning, with the highest tide reaching 3.98 meters at 9.23 am. The weather forecast indicates a partly cloudy sky accompanied by intermittent periods of moderate rainfall in the city and its surrounding suburbs.

The low tide in Mumbai is expected to occur at 3.04pm, with the water level dropping to 2.18 meters.
Later in the evening, at 8.46 pm, Mumbai will experience another high tide, with the water level rising to 3.54 meters.
The next low tide is expected to occur on Wednesday morning on 3rd July at 3.22 hours, with the water level dropping to 0.79 meters.
The IMD Colaba and Santacruz observatory recorded 29 mm & 52.2 mm of rainfall, respectively, in the 24 hours ending at 8:30 am today.
The IMD's forecast for the upcoming week suggests that the city may experience heavy rainfall in isolated areas, which could help reduce the gap between the actual and expected rainfall for the monsoon season.
