World Health Day: Titan introduces Vitality Score health tracking feature

On the occasion of World Health Day, Titan Smart has unveiled its ‘Vitality Score’ feature, now available across Titan and Fastrack smartwatch companion apps. This innovative addition introduces a 100-point health tracking system designed to assess multiple dimensions of well-being, including movement, rest, exertion, and consistency. By focusing on daily habits rather than short-term activity bursts, the feature aims to provide users with actionable insights for smarter health decisions.The Vitality Score categorises users’ health into four levels—Weak (0-30), Fair (31-70), Good (71-90), or Excellent (91-100)—helping them identify areas for improvement while celebrating progress.
